After a double is played and that player has completed his turn and if he has left a double not played upon, all trains become unplayable until the next players can play onto that double.
If players cannot play a tile on the double tile, they must draw once and determine if they can play. A player can play two doubles consecutively onto two different trains if that player is able to play an additional third tile from his hand without drawing onto one of those double tiles.
This means that a player could play 3 tiles in one turn. All players must always play when possible even if they have to play a tile out of their train line-up in their hand which is disrupting, but mandatory.
When any player is left with just one tile in his hand, he must give notice to the other players by tapping his final tile on the table.
This allows other players a chance to lower their score by ridding themselves of a higher numbered tile on their next turn. General rules: Players must always play if they have an eligible tile.
Each player then receives 5 tiles from the remaining tiles. The player receiving highest tile starts the round.
Each player has a personal train on which they can play tiles. One additional train called Mexican train is also available for all players to play.
After the first round, players are only allowed to play one tile per turn on subsequent turns. However, if a player plays a double tile, they get an extra turn, but they must play off of the double.
If a double tile is left open, it must be played off of by one of the other players on their turn. Players can not play off of any other tile if there is an open double on the table.
Once the double tile has been played off of, then players can continue playing tiles off of their own train. During each round, one player can play a 12 domino off of the engine on their turn to start an extra train, called the Mexican train.
The Mexican train can only be started after every player has taken their first turn. The Mexican train is marked and can be played off of by any player throughout the round.
Play continues until one player gets rid of all of the tiles in their hand. Then, the rest of the players add up the total value of the dominoes left in their hand and add that to their score.

If you do not announce this, you will have to pick up two dominoes from the boneyard. This must be agreed upon before so everyone is aware and no one feels caught out.
The round ends when a player clears all their dominoes, the boneyard is completely depleted and the game is stalled due to no more playable dominoes or no player is able to place anymore dominoes.
When playing a full game, the next round begins with the double domino which is one number lower than the previous round.
